Alongside our friends at ANXO Cider, we got inspired by the graf (beer cider hybrid) trend and past apple y favorites like Anxoreux. The result: a wheatwine ale cofermented with Michigan grown Northern Spy Apples, resulting in a sweet, crisp, ever so slightly tart base flavor. We then aged it in Buffalo Trace
