Handmade"Old South Collection Charleston" A collection crafted from antique buttons I borrowed from my late grandmother's collection.. COMPONENTS PROCESS: ~12mm tear of recycled fine silver (99% pure silver sterling is 92. 5% silver) crafted & imprinted from old antique buttons by hand by me. As I construct each one entirely by hand sizes are approximate. Dainty 14kt Goldfill satellite chain that closes with a sturdy spring ring clasp that I have securely

An oxidized patina was added layer by layer then carefully removed by brushing & polishing by hand

My handforged sterling silver earwires which I have given a heavily oxidized finish that was sealed with a wax sealant to help protect the finish from rubbing/wearing off
